Order Status

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package (if your package was shipped via UPS).

Before checking the status of your package, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. If you order over the weekend, your order will not be processed until the next business day.

If the UPS tracking system indicates that it has no record of your package, it may mean that your order has not left Fair Indigo or that your shipment did not go via UPS.

Fair Indigo is not responsible for the maintenance or proper functioning of the UPS site that tracks our packages. That site is solely the responsibility of UPS.
