Unconditional Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with any item in your purchase, you may return it to us at any time for an exchange or a full product refund.

How do I return or exchange an item?

To make a return or exchange, please complete the return form included in your package and let us know what you would like us to do and why you are returning the item (this helps us improve our product so you have a better experience in the future). We have also included a pre-addressed and pre-paid SmartLabel on your packing slip. If you use this label - $6.50 will be deducted from your refund amount or charged to your card when we process your return. If you prefer not to use the SmartLabel – simply complete the return form and include it in the package to:

How can I check on the status of my return or exchange?

Do you have a questions about your return? Send us an email or give us a call at 800-520-1806 and we will be happy to assist you. Returns usually take about one week to process after it has reached us – we will send you a confirmation to let you know when we have processed your return.

How are returned items credited back to me?

Returned items are credited in the original form of payment. On gift orders you may also choose to refund the purchasers original credit card.

How do I return something if I misplaced my packing slip?

If you’ve misplaced your packing slip, please write your full name and address on a piece of paper and list the items you are returning.  Tell us how you want the return processed - would you like a return or exchange – and mail it along with the merchandise to Fair Indigo Returns, 2140 West Greenview Drive, Ste 7, Middleton, WI 53562. 

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow 7 – 10 business days to process your return.  We will notify you by e-mail once we have processed your return.

How much time do I have to return an item?

Our items are backed by an unconditional guarantee, so you may return an item to us at any time.

Do I have to wait until you receive my return before I place a reorder?

There’s no need to wait for us to receive your return before reordering.  Simply call us at 800-520-1806 and let us know what you want to reorder.  We will charge your card and send the exchange item with no additional shipping charges.  We will issue a refund for the merchandise when your return arrives at Fair Indigo.
