Unconditional Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with any item in your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Enclose the return portion of your packing slip and let us know if you would like an exchange or refund. If you are requesting an exchange, please include the item number, size, and color for each new item.

If you are returning a gift, please include the buyer's name and address along with your contact information

Return items to us using the carrier of your choice and send to the following address:

Be sure to send it pre-paid; sorry no COD's will be accepted. Be sure to get tracking information for your package if you would like delivery confirmation since you are responsible until we receive the goods.

How can I check on the status of my return or exchange?

Do you have a question about your return? Send us an email or give us a call at 800-520-1806 and we will be happy to assist you. Returns generally take 2 – 3 weeks to arrive back in our warehouse – we will send you an email confirmation to let you know when we have processed your return.

How are returned items credited back to me?

Returned items are credited in the original form of payment. If you are returning a gift, please let us know if we should refund the gift recipient or purchaser.

How do I return something if I misplaced my packing slip?

If you’ve misplaced your packing slip, please write your full name and address on a piece of paper and list the items you are returning.  Tell us how you want the return processed - would you like a return or exchange – and mail it along with the merchandise to:

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow 2 – 3 weeks to process your return.  We will notify you by e-mail once we have processed your return.

Do I have to wait until you receive my return before I place a reorder?

There’s no need to wait for us to receive your return before reordering.  Simply call us at 800-520-1806 and let us know what you want to reorder.  We will charge your card and send the exchange item with no additional shipping charges.  We will issue a refund for the merchandise when your return arrives at Fair Indigo.

Is there a restocking fee for returns?

Returns made later than six months after purchase may be subject to a restocking fee or a refund of the lowest sale price.
