Shipping Rates

We offer both standard shipping & handling and express delivery for your Fair Indigo purchases. Our shipping and handling charge includes the cost of preparing your shipment, handling and packaging the products you have purchased, and delivering them.

Standard Shipping

All in-stock merchandise will be shipped from our warehouse the next business day following your order. Depending on where you live, you should expect it to arrive in 3-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping

We offer two express shipping options. Second Day Air is available for an additional $6 and Next Day Air is available for an additional $15.

International Shipping & Handling

If you wish to ship a package internationally, please call us at 800-520-1806 to speak with one of our customer service representatives. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Common Questions

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

You will need to create a new order if you would like to ship to more than one address.

Do I have to sign for delivery?

In most cases, you will not have to sign for delivery; however, it is up to the driver’s discretion.  If the driver feels it is unsafe to leave a package, a notice will be left with further instructions.

What shipping method do you use?

The majority of our packages are shipped by UPS.
