This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information may be collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from the Fair Indigo or Joobles websites located at https://www.fairindigo.com or https://www.thejoobles.com (the “Sites.

Text marketing messages will not exceed 20 a month. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from email marketing messages, you may click the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each email or you may contact us directly at service@fairindigo.com to instruct us to unsubscribe you.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out. Message and data rates may apply.

   Note, however, that if we delete your personal information, many of our services will not work the same including, for example email newsletters and product recommendations.

If you wish to make multiple requests under this section, we recommend sending the deletion request last, as we will not be able to fulfill your other requests once we have deleted your information.    The Site is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we may have collected information about your child, please contact us as set forth below.
