Flop the Frog is a bit of a busy body - so active and hard working, and sometimes has a hard time sitting still. But when it's time to relax, Flop says there's nothing like a hike on a warm night to enjoy the symphony of crickets. This irresistible organic cotton stuffed animal is destined to be a lovable, lasting companion. So wonderfully squishy and soft, it's hard to let go! And full of wholesome goodness from farm to toy box.

  • 100% organic Tanguis cotton yarns
  • New Polyester filling per CPSC best anti-microbial practices
  • Oeko-tex certified earth- and baby-safe dyes
  • Approximately 11 inches tall
  • Machine wash gentle
  • Fairly hand knit in small Peruvian cooperatives
Fair Indigo Premium Materials
While we select Peruvian Pima cotton for most of our garments, the ideal cotton for sweaters (and knit stuffed animals) is Pima’s close cousin - Tanguis. Because sweaters employ a looser and different type of knit than fabric garments, the slightly thicker fibers of Tanguis cotton are ideal for fashioning incredibly soft but strong and long-lasting stuffed animals.

How does it do good?
Our organic cotton is grown without GMO's on a small family-owned farm in the climactically perfect Ica region of Peru. The dyes are Oeko-tex certified - gentle on the earth, farmers, knitters, and baby. The organic plush dolls are meticulously knit in small, worker-owned cooperatives throughout Peru, providing steady income and a better life for some of Peru's poorest citizens.

Beautifully made!
Bought Flop & three of his friends for an alternative gift fair at my church. I'm sure they will sell quickly!

Joobles fair trade artisansIrma's new life

It’s breathtaking when you realize every stitch you see here was hand knit by artisans like Irma meticulously moving yarn over needles. You’ll cherish the heirloom quality; Irma is grateful for the opportunity you’re giving her and her family.
