Return Instructions

Online Returns: 
1) LOG IN to your account.
2) Click the ACCOUNT > MY ACCOUNT link in the top right to view your recent orders.
3) Find the order from which you'd like to make a return and follow the instructions.
4) Or request a return label by email at: 

Return Label:
If you use our pre-paid return label, make a note of the tracking number and drop in the US Mail. We will deduct $6.95 from your refund for using the label.
(overly large returns may be subject to an additional fee). Please include any special instructions for us (e.g. exchanges, gift returns). 

To use your own label, please include your order number and contact information, pay the postage, and send your return to:

If you checked out as a guest and would like a pre-paid return label, you can request one by sending an email to:

Common Questions:
Why was there no packing slip in my package? How do I note which items I'm returning?
We have partnered with Amazon to ship our orders. Amazon usually does not include packing slips (or includes very small ones). You will receive order information via email if you provide us with your email address. You also have the option to print order details from our Online Return Center. 
How are returned items credited back to me?
Returned items are credited in the original form of payment. Refunds on shipping are credited only when an error was made on an order. 
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 7-10 business days from the time you ship your package back to us. We will notify you by e-mail once we have processed your return.
How do I return a gift?
Please let us know you are returning a gift and include your name and address along with the buyer's name and address. Send this information along with the merchandise to us at the address listed below. Include return instructions - would you like an exchange or refund for the gift return balance?
Please note: refunds are typically given in the form of original payment but we will make an exception for gift returns upon request. If no further instructions are included with a gift return, the refund will be given in the form of original payment. Please send gift returns to:

What is your return policy?
We kindly ask you to return your merchandise within 60 days of purchase and that all return merchandise be in sellable condition - unsoiled, unwashed, and unworn.
Merchandise that is returned dirty, washed and/or worn is not eligible for a refund and will be discarded.  
Merchandise that has been in your home for longer than 60 days is not considered new merchandise and may not be eligible for a refund. Delayed returns may be subject to a restocking fee or a refund of the lowest sale price if the style and/or color has been discontinued. Refunds on orders dating 60 days or older will be given in the form of a store credit.
