Choosing the Correct Size and Fit

In addition to our own Fair Indigo label, we also carry clothing styles from other ethical brands. Please refer to the size charts below to help you get the best fit for your body type and fit preference. All measurements listed refer to body measurements. For best results, measure over undergarments at fullest part of your bust, at the natural bend in your waist (usually an inch or two above your belly button), and at the fullest part of your hip. If your measurements fall between sizes, we suggest ordering the next size up.

When possible, we also provide garment measurements on each style’s web page allowing you to compare with favorite pieces from your wardrobe. If you have specific questions about fit or fabric, please email or call 800.520.1806 from 8-5 Central Time and we'll do our best to help you out.

 Fair Indigo, Green 3, & Tey-art Brands

The clothing styles in these brands generally fall under one of three fit categories, which is noted on each style's web page:

Slim Fit - skims the body more closely throughout the garment. Though slim, it is not excessively tight or body hugging.
Gently Shaped Fit - has a slightly fitted silhouette. The feminine shape accentuates your waist without being tight or clingy.
Relaxed Fit - has more room through the body and generally provides a looser fit without being the least bit boxy.

Neon Buddha & Pure Handknit Brands

Unless otherwise noted, the pieces in this line generally offer a moderate amount of ease over the body.

The Men's lines are generally a classic fit, not too trim, not oversized.
