What makes it fair?
Since 1972, this garment factory in Medellín Colombia has been owned and run by a mother/daughter team who offer fair wages, and a safe, respectful, women-friendly work environment. Teams earn bonuses for quality and enjoy free breakfasts and dental care. They and their families can also utilize the on-site library or join the employee futbol team. The camaraderie among the team members is overwhelming after spending just a few minutes in this sparkling clean facility that also donates funds to children in Colombia who have been impacted by violence.
