From the moment we walked into the fair trade workshop that makes our handknit organic babywear and Joobles animals, we knew that we had stumbled across something special. Run by a mother-dauchter team (and supplied with organic cotton from the father's farm), they create vital employment opportunities for 800 artisans in economically depressed areas of Peru, offering training and even free start-up loans.
