This garment's fabric: Pura
Pura is a smooth and dreamy soft all-cotton jersey. It's slightly lighter than our best-selling Eterna fabric, but by no means tissue-weight. The organic fabric is also washed before the clothing is cut and sewn, a rare but very beneficial step in the production process. It not only insures your clothes won't shrink, but also prevents puckering and twisting around seams that often happens in your dryer when the fabric shrinks but the threads used to sew the garment don't to the same degree.
Organic Pima Cotton: the best on earth
Why will your organic cotton clothing feel otherworldly soft right out of the bag and endure beautifully for years? Because we use the top 0.05% (not a typo) of cotton available. Softest and strongest aren't often used to describe a single fiber. Except when it's organic Peruvian Pima cotton. Ours is grown on two family farms and harvested with care by hand. Simply the best cotton you'll find anywhere on the planet.

"So many colors I cannot wear as a strawberry blond. I almost passed this one up, but thought it was a pretty and unusual "between" shade. It works for me! & fits into my wardrobe. I have been getting Med in turtlenecks from F. I. and they are roomy but work. This time I tried a few things from F. I. in S and they seem to fit well. The true test will be when I wash them. I haven't washed any from F. I. yet so I will be gentle and put everything in netted laundry bags so the arms don't get gnarled up in the laundry and stretch out. Even with a limited color palette due to high purity standards, F. I. hit a home run with Vintage Red IMO! Well done!"
