All Fair Indigo sweaters are fully fashioned, meaning each panel of the sweater is knit to fit the body by increasing or decreasing stitches to make the exact shapes and linking together the panels along the seams to complete the sweater. Fully fashioned sweaters have a better fit than lesser quality cut-and-sew sweaters. The fully fashioned process also eliminates unnecessary waste. Just what I wanted
"I ordered this because I wanted a few nice pieces for daily wear in the winter. The good reviews I read sounded really good, but the ones with problems like the fabric stretching a lot or coming unraveled were concerning considering the price. I decided to go ahead and try one despite some of the bad reviews and I am really glad I did. My experience is that I like the fit (medium and I am 5’3” and 150 lbs) but I maybe could have downsized to a small. It seems well made and I find it very soft. I have washed it twice now (cold water wash and mid setting on tumble dry) and it came out beautifully. It did not stretch at all with the laundering as one person mentioned. It comes out of the dryer looking pretty much as it did when it arrived (maybe looks a little tighter, but definitely is not). It fit exactly the same after washing/drying. It is now probably my favorite piece to wear for cold/cool weather. Despite the fact that it is a thin sweater (not thick at all…not advertised as thick), I found it very comfortable as far as warmth. You’d definitely want a coat on a cold winter day outside, but I wound not expect anything else. I really love it."

"I absolutely LOVE this sweater! It is incredibly soft and breathable. There can be a delicate balance between staying warm and getting too hot and this sweater does an amazing job! Mostly likely due to the wonderful quality of the cotton they use. I ordered it in two colors (cognac and natural). My only thought to improve is to offer more colors that are for people who are Spring Season colors. They offer lots of Autumn and Winter Season colors, but the Spring and Summer people are left out. I can wear "Warm Spring Colors" so I can use the Cognac and Natural color choices, but that is all. Please consider expanding your colors in all your clothing. Your fabric is exceptional quality and it would be wonderful to be able to purchase other clothing as well. Thank you for your high standards in the clothing you offer and your commitment to your employees . It is hard to find that these days."

- I too have long arms and find the sleeve length perfect on this sweater. The sleeve length from top of shoulder on size M is 25". It varies + or - 1/2" as you size up or down.
